Everwood Homes LLC has been specializing in custom home construction using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS) since 2001. We are the most experienced Premier SIPS builder in the Inland Northwest. SIPS building systems have proven for decades to be a superior construction method when compared to traditional stick framing. Bring us your house ideas and we'll help you create the home you've always dreamed of.

Once all of the details of your custom home have been worked out, we provide you with an estimate for home construction costs. A deposit is then required to hold your position on our schedule. Once we begin the building of your new home, you can expect to move in within 4 to 9 months. Our construction team works hard to provide you with the quality home you deserve.

Professional Remodels & Outbuildings
If you would like to make your old home new again we can help you with that as well. After evaluating your current home and listening to your ideas we'll sit down with you to design and come up with a plan to fulfill your dreams. If an outbuilding is something you are desiring we can definitely help you with that as well. Give us your ideas and we'll work together to make it a reality. All of our work is guaranteed and manufacturer warranties are available on all products used in your home or outbuilding.

Design Services
Bring us your ideas and together we'll create a three dimensional computer drawing for your project review. Then you can take a virtual "walk" through, make changes if you wish and ensure everything you desire is fulfilled. If you have a plan picked out from a book or web site, great! Everwood Homes has the flexibility to build from these plans making any changes you want to fill your needs. Give us the pleasure to work with you to create the home or outbuilding of your dreams.

Site Development
If you have a raw piece of land that your home will be built on we have the resources to arrange and coordinate the development of your property. Services include driveway construction, septic system design, water well and pump installation, electrical service and tree removal if necessary.
